Researchers & analysts

Access clean, structured NCUA data without parsing ZIP files or CSVs. Filter, sort, and drill into any of the 4,400+ credit unions tracked this quarter.

What you can do

Benchmark member growth
See year-over-year membership change for every credit union alongside the industry average. Green = growing faster than baseline. Red = shrinking or lagging.
Filter by state and asset size
Narrow the list to your state or a specific peer group (asset tier). Comparing a $50M CU to a $10B one isn't useful — peer groups fix that.
Sort by any metric
Rank by member growth %, total members, total assets, or market penetration. Flip the direction to see the bottom performers too.
Drill into any credit union
Click any name to open its full profile: industry rank, peer group rank, benchmark comparisons, and detailed financials including address, charter number, and year opened.

About the data

All data comes from the NCUA 5300 Call Report — the quarterly financial filing every federally insured credit union submits. It's public, authoritative, and updated four times a year. The current dataset covers Q3 2025, with year-over-year growth calculated against the same quarter one year prior. Credit unions with zero reported members are excluded.
